1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, registering for, or using the platform and services provided by Catapult (Digital Eats Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services You agree to use our platform and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

3. Communication and SMS Consent
Catapult

  1. We will send communication relating to your service with us such as notification, reminders, etc. By signing up, you agree to be texted/sms information pertaining to your service with us.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  3. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@ordercatapult.com.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You can receive up to 5 messages a day.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catapult and Digital Eats Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform or services.

5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Eats Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
